He gained experience as an Elementary and Special Education teacher where he wrote the curriculum and served as a mentor teacher for colleagues and student teachers. He received an M.A. in Sociology, MSc. Psychology and M.S. Speech and Language Therapy and holds a Wilson Level I, II certification, a Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher certificate through CERI and a Certificate of Pathway to reading proficiency AIM Institute for learning and Research USA. He is doing research in neuro-science Structured Reading EEG Analysis. He is the co-founder and Chief Education Officer at Tameem International Kindergarten
